My name is Mayra Rice, a website designer located in Lakewood Newyork serving clients in WNY and beyond. I am the founder of and founder of IMA Designs Co.

I’m Mayra! The creative force and founder of IMA Designs Co. My mission? To relieve business owners and creative entrepreneurs of web design headaches, so they can dive back into what truly lights them up!

Originally from Colombia, South America, I set my roots in the U.S. about a decade ago, where I now share my life with my husband and two sons.

My life revolves around two driving forces: a thirst for learning new things and a desire to help other people. Whether it's my tech-savvy side or my desire for service, these passions converged into my journey as a language teacher that lasted 6 years. In 2018, I became a Freelance virtual assistant after my first baby was born; and as I delved into clients' websites, a new passion emerged – design!

ABOUT the DESIGNER

I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Cartagena, Colombia and moved to the USA in my mid 20s. My most beautiful childhood memories are at the Caribbean Colombian beach, my happy place! ≈≈≈ ☼

My husband and I met online! He flew across the country to meet me for the first time. We got married after 3 months of long distance dating… ⋆♡˙

I moved all the way from San Diego California to WNY to start a family with my other half after we got married! Our story continues to be written…

I am a proud mommy of two beautiful sons with whom I am in love! They are my gifts!
My motto? - “Living with purpose”
